To our valued online customers:

Naps has switched providers for our In-Store POS and online ordering service. We are in transition at this time and want to ensure our customers our VIP Loyalty program will be transferred over to the new system and any points you accumulate in the interim will also be applied. We are also going to be introducing our new mobile app to accompany the new online order site in the near future.

We are excited and confident that this will result in a more secure, feature filled and easier to navigate online experience.

Attention: Online Customers: There has been a delay in porting over our online customers to the new system. The best option is to set up a new account with our new system.

PASSWORD RETRIEVAL FROM THE OLD SYSTEM TO THE NEW SYSTEM WILL NOT WORK AT THIS POINT.

 

Password retrieval will work within the new system. If you set up an account in the new system you can retrieve your password if forgotten.
